At CORDE we value our team members’ knowledge and ideas.
To harness those ideas, we created ‘Collective Impact’. This initiative is our way to help facilitate the ideation, funding, project management and delivery of ideas.
Everything we do at CORDE has impact. We want to collectively gather each forward thinking idea to ensure we leave a great impact on our communities each year.
We have four main categories to submit ideas under. If you want any help with how to get your ideas submitted, take a look around or ask your team leader or a member of the SLT (Senior Leadership Team). You will also find the other initiatives that team members have submitted, as well as the impact the CORDE team have already managed to achieve over the years.

Do you have an idea that would have impact at CORDE?
Maybe it’s a team building idea? A sustainable initiative? Ways to create more unity? A better way to leave a great impression on our clients? Some new technology that could really streamline our process? or suggestions on how to improve our quality of service or delivery? Whatever you are thinking, we’d love to hear!
Once you submit your idea, we’ll let you know that it’s been received. If the idea is easy to implement, we could approve it straight away. If the idea is more costly to implement, you may be asked to make a presentation to our leadership team. At each step of the way, we will keep you informed on your idea and whether it may happen!
Our review panel is made up of a cross section of the CORDE team. We meet regularly with the first item on the agenda to go through new ideas and approve and action them. If a similar idea has already been submitted or your idea is unable to proceed, we will let you know. Don’t let that stop you from submitting new ideas! You may be surprised by what we can action!
