Shane’s ability to deliver under pressure week after week is unmatched, and his efforts have most certainly grown CORDE’s reputation. He initiated and led the development of CORDE’s Capability Statement, secured CORDE’s position on no fewer than 10 panels over the last 12 months. Pricing productivity has increased by 3-4 times under his watch compared to previous years. He is a mentor, role model and leader who upholds CORDE’s values and deserves to be recognised. He has also been active outside of work duties taking part in events such as our City Clean Up, the Christchurch Marathon, as well as organising and entering a CORDE Team in the Loburn 68 road relay. Shane has also put through 4 Collective Impact ideas this year.
